Modern Nomad and Squeaky Shoes

Have you ever owned something that you’re obsessed with in all sorts of irrational ways? No? Just me?

Well I can’t explain it, but that’s these shoes for me. I LOVE them.

I stumbled across these Sam Edelman cuties in Nordstrom Rack and legitimately walked out of the store wearing them like the five year old that I am.

There’s something about them that makes me feel a little giddy inside- like babies wear squeaky, light-up shoes.

Also worth noting was this dreamy adventure van in the middle of Modern Nomad over in Rino.

While this spring was still trying to get a grip on it’s bi-polar attitude when it came to snow, I had to get a little creative with how I spent my time and wondering into cute little shops like this has quickly become a favorite.

There’s only so many breweries you can visit in Denver before you can consider yourself a “boozehound.” But seriously though, my roommate and I are on first name basis with the guys at Cerebral brewing and I’m going to choose to believe that’s a good thing…
