Spring Outfit: Blue Crochet Dress

Is there anything more warm-weather-esque than a little crochet detail?

When I saw this blue crochet dress on Pink Blush I just about died. With the seasons changing into warmer weather I love throwing on a dress that is breezy and comfortable that can go from day to night with just adding a jacket or switching the shoes.

I love the length of the dress because it’s not quite a maxi so I don’t feel like I’m committed to picking up the hem-line all day, and it gives the opportunity to pair it with a fun shoe.

In this case I went for some little booties. I’m a sucker for any kind of boots and think they’re a year-round shoe, so finding a lighter colored bootie didn’t feel so heavy to pair with such a feminine dress.
